MAK Developments was established as a result of the merger of 3 major companies, namely Al-Tayseer Contracting and Decoration Company, which was founded in 1998, Akl Engineering Construction Company, and Scope Group for Real Estate Development and Marketing, which was established in 2010. The company is now led and its Board of Directors is chaired by Engineer Mohamed Fikry. Engineer Abdullah Abdul Muttalib, consultant engineer Muhammad Yahya Akl.
