Eight Developments was established in 2017. It is an Egyptian joint stock company affiliated with the Investment Authority, and it is also one of the companies of the ARO Holding group of companies. The company’s board of directors is chaired by Eng. Omar El Saadawi. Within a short period, the company was able to achieve significant successes that made it one of the best real estate companies in Egypt.
